All our Tumble Tots must be paid members of Tumble Tots (UK) Ltd.


We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.


A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required to cancel your subscription payment.


Written notice of cancellation is required via email to jo.duggan@tumbletots.com.


All payments are non transferable/ refundable.


We are under no obligation to refund money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire block.


Sessions are charged on a monthly subscription, we do not offer pay as you go.


You are welcome to attend a make up session on a day other than your normal one for any missed classes.


If extreme weather, or a major incident prevents us from operating a session, we will try to contact you in advance of your session by posting on our social media pages and where possible by email


Should you suffer from a medical condition that you feel needs to be shared with your class leader this information may be recorded however treated with confidentiality. In the event of a medical emergency this information may be shared with health care professionals.


Anybody with a medical condition considered by a health care professional to be contagious should follow the recommended incubation period before re attending classes.


Please do not bring your child to Tumble Tots if they have been sick or had diarrhoea within the 48 hours prior to the session or if they have conjunctivitis that is not being treated with antibiotic eye drops/creams. This also applies to siblings off school.


The equipment is for use by paid Tumble Tots members only. Adults and non-member siblings must not climb on or use the equipment. Siblings are welcome to join in at Circle Time, and use the co-ordination equipment!


No food or drink is to be taken into the session. Please leave all drinks and food with your shoes/coats in the changing area. Children can of course go to the changing area for a drink at any time during the session.


For safety reasons, children must not use a dummy during sessions.


No photos/ video recordings to be taken during sessions, you can however talk to a member of staff and stay behind after class to take any photos/ videos.


Every effort will be made by us to provide a hazard free zone, however parents are always responsible for the safety and wellbeing of babies and children.


The safety of your children is our priority but remains your responsibility at all times. Please follow the guidelines above and the advice given to you by Tumble Tots staff. In the event of an accident, please ensure you speak to a member of staff who will alert the First Aider. All accidents must be recorded in the Accident Book and signed by the child’s parent/ carer.
